We are so grateful for the increase in traffic and demand. There's a shortage of processors for small producers, so building inventory to meet this increased demand is taking a little while.

 

We also are very selective in the cows we use for our program and have been busy buying more and putting them on pasture for retirement. We want them to get even fatter and happier. Good things take time and we appreciate your patience!
